B&B La Volpe welcomes you! We are located on the hill of Moneglia at 300 meters above sea level, close to the Cinque Terre National Park, surrounded by the surrounding nature of woods, olive trees, citrus groves, and Mediterranean scrub. From the house, the view stretches from the hills to the sea... all the way to Corsica and the Tuscan archipelago. Moneglia has been elected as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and, thanks to the quality of its clear sea, its beaches, and the services offered, it has continuously held the prestigious Blue Flag recognition since 1987. The area is strategic for those who wish to visit the famous Cinque Terre or other renowned locations on the Ligurian Riviera (Sestri Levante, Lavagna, Chiavari, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli...) thanks to the village's train station or the boat service that operates during the summer season. The town center is only a 10-minute drive away (4km) along a typical Ligurian road. For hiking enthusiasts, there is a trail that leads to the town center (40 minutes on foot) or you can use the shuttle service, with a stop located 150 meters from the house. The house dates back to 1900 and has been completely renovated in 2023 with the aim of minimizing environmental impact through the use of renewable energies, making it a zero-emission green house. The bedrooms and living area are on the first floor and can be accessed via an external staircase with independent access. The outdoor space is available to guests, where they will find umbrellas, sun loungers, a solar shower, and a sofa. There is also a small vegetable garden and various fruit plants. Pets are welcome after consultation with the host. Dog-sitting service is available upon request. Parking is available on the premises. It is possible to reserve a parking space in a convenient location near the sea in the village. Boat sailing excursions can also be arranged.
