We are located on a hill at an altitude of 300 meters, near the Park of the 5 Terre, immersed in the surrounding nature: woods, olive trees, citrus groves, and Mediterranean scrub. From the house, the view stretches from the hills to the sea..all the way to Corsica and the Tuscan archipelago. Moneglia has been elected one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Thanks to the quality of its clear sea, its beaches, and the services offered, it has continuously enjoyed the prestigious Blue Flag recognition since 1987.
The area is strategic for those who want to visit the famous 5 Terre or other renowned locations on the Riviera di Levante, thanks to the town's train station or the boat service that operates during the summer period. The town center is only an 8-minute drive (5km) away, along a typical Ligurian road. For those who love walks, there is a trail that leads to the town center (40 minutes on foot), or you can take advantage of the shuttle service, with a stop located 150 meters from the house.
The house dates back to 1900 and was completely renovated in 2023 with the aim of minimizing environmental impact through the use of renewable energy sources. The rooms and the living area are located on the first floor and are accessible via an external staircase with independent access. The outdoor space is available to guests, who will find umbrellas, sun loungers, a solar shower, and a sofa. There is also a small vegetable garden and various fruit plants.
Pets are welcome upon consultation with the manager. Dog-sitting service is available upon request.
Parking is available within the property. It is also possible to reserve a parking space in a convenient parking lot near the sea.
Boat excursions can be organized upon request.
A typical Italian breakfast is served: milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, bread, croissant, butter, jam, hazelnut cream, honey, biscuits, rusks, toast, fresh fruit, and fruit juices.
Upon request, products for food intolerances will be provided.

The Green Room enjoys a view of the surrounding mountains; facing east, it is in a shaded position in the morning and enjoys afternoon sun especially in the summer period. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and it is not possible to add extra beds. It is 14 square meters in size, has a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and is equipped with a private bathroom in the room without a window, but with air circulation. A courtesy kit of vegan-friendly bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, and soap) and a pair of slippers are provided for each guest.
The Blue room enjoys a view that stretches from the mountains to the sea; fully south-facing, it benefits from sunlight throughout the day. It can accommodate up to 2 people and it is not possible to add extra beds. It is 14 square meters in size, has a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, and is equipped with a private bathroom with a window. A vegan-friendly bathroom courtesy kit (shower gel, shampoo, and soap) and a pair of slippers are provided for each guest.

The house is located in a small hamlet on the hills behind the town, 300 meters above sea level. In the summer, it is the ideal place for a cooler climate compared to the inhabited centers on the coast. It is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation, tranquility, immersing themselves in nature, and for those who love sunsets.
